C'est par Twitter que Ricky Martin vient d'annoncer la publication prochaine de ses mémoires.

Il avait précédemment évoqué le processus de rédaction de son livre en le qualifiant de libératoire: « J’ai décidé, il y a quelques mois, d’écrire mes mémoires. Dès l’écriture de la première ligne, j’étais convaincu que ce livre allait devenir un outil pour m’aider à me libérer des choses que j’ai gardées en moi pendant très longtemps. L’écriture des péripéties de ma vie m’a permis de me rapprocher de ma vérité.»

Une nouvelle qui me semble réjouissante  sous bien des aspects! Ad majorem Ricky gloriam bien sûr, mais aussi pour l'effet levier que pourrait produire le processus du coming out d'un chanteur célèbre et adulé par de nombreux fans.

Le chanteur américain Clay AIKEN a  fait son coming out en 2008. J'aime bien son interprétation de Unchained Melody. Voyez une récente interview de Clay reproduite sur le site de Joe My God qui a attiré mon attention sur cet artiste.
